I have only been selling life insurance for about a year, but I have made some very important decisions in that time. One of which was switching my IMO to Family First Life. I first started working with an IMO that didn’t really care about their agents benefit, they were just interested in making money even if I wasn’t. Needless to say after a few months I started looking for a new company to get set up with. What I found was that Family First Life actualy has the proper training and support an agent needs. One of my biggest concerns was wanting to work with a local manager that could meet with me in person for training, and within that same week I was appointed an upline and started writing. A year ago I had no idea what qualities to look for in an IMO, but given the experience, I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else but Family First Life.
